About US
Introduction
We are a Submission Grappling club in Llanberis, North Wales. We mainly focus on the grappling aspects of fighting such as Jiu-Jitsu, Wrestling & Judo, however we also do MMA & Kickboxing. The club was founded in 2024 by myself Llyr Jones, a purple belt under Chris Paines from Fighting Fit Grappling HQ in Stafford.
Our classes
Our classes are well suited to all levels of abilities, regardless of whether you're a seasoned competitor or have never done it before. There is also a misconception that you need to be in shape to be able to grapple. This statement could not be any further from the truth! Not only will you develop useful fighting skills, but grappling can also help you progress both mentally and physically.

I trained at Fighting Fit Grappling HQ (Stafford) for a number of years before moving back to North Wales. It was a no-brainer to start this new club in North Wales under the Fighting Fit banner.
